Shipping Policy

The policy we offer to our customer on non-receipt of good within 22 days from date of shipment is as follows –
a) Customer needs to call our dedicated team at +1-929-531 7233. Provide details of order like zip code of shipping address, last 4 digit of card number used for purchase and full name as it appears on the card.

b) Our dedicated team will check the status of shipment from the port of origin and state where customer is located.

c) We shall work on re-shipping for customer

d) WE OFFER FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE on orders over $20.00.

e) There will be no exceptions. Ownership of packages turned over to usps transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

f) Processing time is 20 to 25 business days regardless of shipping service for in stock items.

g) If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

h) We are not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once the package is dispatched from our fulfillment center we will not be responsible / liable of any delays and damages. The shipping company will be liable for it.
